Privacy

This notice explains what information Moynihan Law Office collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you fill in a form, we receive what you type: usually your name, email, phone number, a date and a short description. Like most websites, the site's host also keeps basic technical logs, such as your browser type and the pages visited.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and, if you become a client, to handle your matter. We don't sell it, and we don't share it except with the service providers who run this site and our email, or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don't become clients are deleted after a reasonable time. Client files are kept as the professional rules require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us by writing to colette@moynihanlaw.com or calling (617) 555-0147.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
